「ウンコ完食にチャレンジしたい！」と食糞マニアのGさんより何度も出演希望の連絡をいただき今回の撮影が実現。モデルとして出演してくれたのはスカトロ撮影が今作で初となる城咲ななさん。もっちり美巨尻に挟まれたアナルから至高の一本糞をひり出してくれました。（以下Gさんの感想）肛門からの直食いが実現出来て夢のようでした。緊張しながらも完食したのは、自分は余程うんこ食べたかったんですね。ななさんのウンコは食べやすかったです。味はコーヒーとミルクを混ぜた感じでした。またぜひ完食に挑戦したいです！
